Deposits

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. This can be done by providing your credit card details & full postal address in two separate emails. Alternatively, you may prefer to provide these details over the phone .

Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled up to 5 days prior to the day of arrival. Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in full payment being due. If, after your arrival, you decide to shorten your stay, we reserve the right to charge you up to the full balance of your booking.

Arrival & Departure

Rooms are available between 4pm & 7pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time is 10am.

If you anticipate arriving later than 7pm, you must inform us, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let your room.
We regret that no reservations can be taken up after 10pm.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 7.30am & 8.30am. Earlier breakfasts can be ordered by prior arrangement.

Packed lunches are available from £5.00. Please enquire the evening before.
