Deposits
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. This can be done by providing your credit card details & full postal address in two separate emails. Alternatively, you may prefer to provide these details over the phone .
Blythedale Cancellation Policy
*Up to 48 hours in advance: 20% of the stay booked (deposit paid)
*Less than 48 hours in advance: Full charge for the first night's stay
*If you fail to notify us of a cancellation: Full cost of the stay booked
*If after your arrival you decide to shorten your stay, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booking
*We would advise any guests to take up travel insurance
Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available between 4pm & 7pm on the day of arrival & should be vacated by approximately 10am on the day of departure.
If you anticipate arriving later than 7pm, you must inform us, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let your room.
We regret that no reservations can be taken up after 10pm.
Guests staying for more than one night, are respectfully requested to vacate rooms around 10am each morning to allow time to prepare the rooms for return in the afternoon.
Please note that our super king room is only available for two night stays or longer.
We ask that all damages are reported at the time & must be paid for. We reserve the right to charge for damages after departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7.30am & 8.30am. Earlier breakfasts can be ordered by prior arrangement.
Packed lunches are available from £5.00. Please enquire the evening before.
